Received tenant lawsuit from a slip and fall occurring back in January 2020.  Previous to corporate entity single owner at the time is handling with prior insurance company.

Third floor tenant moved in. Performed plumbing work to re-locate pipes that were run across front entry way. This work was a known item that was identified during purchase but never scheduled. Now complete.  HELOC was paid off and now stands at $0 balance.
